TORONTO — Atlific Hotels is now managing the Residence Inn Marriott Regina, which opened last week.
The extended-stay hotel is owned by MLS Management Ltd., which also owns the Atlific-managed Homewood Suites by Hilton in Winnipeg’s Polo Park. “Atlific is pleased to continue its relationship with MLS Management Ltd. by bringing this forward-thinking property to life,” says Philippe Gadbois, SVP, Operations, Atlific Hotels. “We look forward to servicing the Regina area with a much needed, extended-stay hotel. Laura Armitage has taken the helm as the new GM of the Residence Inn Marriott Regina after moving from the Wingate by Wyndham Regina. The property features 147 guestrooms, fully equipped kitchens and spacious bathrooms as well as 40-inch TVs and large work desks with ergonomic chairs. Other amenities include complimentary daily hot breakfast, a grocery delivery service and a 24-7 onside food-and-beverage market. The property also offers a meeting room, business library, indoor swimming pool with a waterslide, lazy river and exercise room.
