MCLEAN, Va. — Hilton is celebrating a successful 2018 for its all-suites brands.

The three brands — Embassy Suites by Hilton, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Home2 Suites by Hilton — achieved major milestones, including the opening of the category’s 30th Canadian property and 1,000th property overall.

“The all-suites brands by Hilton had a banner year in 2018 thanks to the incredible support we received from both team members and owners,” says Dianna Vaughan, global head and SVP of the All-Suites brands by Hilton. “From the opening of the category’s 1,000th property and international expansion, to taking part in unique projects like Hilton’s first tri-branded property and Home2 Suites by Hilton’s first modular-build hotel, collaboration with our owners and teams was, and will continue to be, the secret to our success as we capitalize on opportunities this year.”

Hilton plans to grow its all-suites presence in Canada and abroad and will continue international expansion throughout 2019. More than 20 per cent of all Hilton properties in the Canadian pipeline are in the all-suites category.
